As a Clinical Psychologist, I am committed to accompanying people in their desire to live their lives deeply, meaningfully and authentically. During therapy we explore the challenges and invitations that your present circumstances may offer. Through this journey together, we gain deeper insight into these circumstances or challenges. Discovering and understanding one's inner world enables one to foster resilience, self-compassion and a meaningful way forward.
Therapy is about getting a glimpse of who you truly are and who's waiting to emerge.
During therapeutic work, I use a flexible approach as guided by the needs of the person at any given moment. Every client is unique and every journey is different. As a Clinical Psychologist I am professionally trained to walk this journey with you.
